RWTS QuickSupport
Download the small support application, open it, and read the ID and password to your Real World technician. Nothing is installed. Close the application to end the session.
Only run this application when a Real World technician asks you to. Each session uses a new one-time password.
What happens next
- Open the downloaded file. On macOS, open the disk image and double-click RWTS QuickSupport.
- The window shows an ID and a one-time password. Read both to your technician.
- You see what the technician does at all times. Close the window to end the session.
macOS permissions
macOS asks for Screen Recording and Accessibility permission the first time. Both are needed so the technician can see your screen and control the mouse. Click Open System Settings, turn on RWTS QuickSupport in each list, then return to the application.
